What an absolute pleasure it was transforming this beautiful home in Milford right on the water. We assured the customers that we would return their home to the natural state of the cedar they had loved so much years ago. By the before and after pictures I’m sure you can tell that they were thrilled and very blown away. Years of aging and staining poured off this house as we went to work. All of our regular house soft washing techniques are used with a special blend of wood restoring and revitilizing solutions.
All of our chemicals are one hundred percent environmentally friendly and one hundred percent biodegradable, which means none of your plants or landscaping will be harmed in our cleaning processes. Our house washing technique is very similar to roof cleaning, except with a much milder solution. Our process for house washing is low pressure, around 45 PSI leaving no damage on even the most delicate surfaces. (Vinyl,Trex & composite decking,azek, cedar wood). We spray the siding, soffits, and fascia in sections, let it sit and dwell then rinse. Depending on the growth and staining this process can be repeated a number of times up until the surface is absolutely spotless.
A sealer or cedar oil application is recommended to treat and condition the clean wood after our cleaning is complete which we do offer at an additional cost. This same process is also used in our cedar shingle cleaning and is a great example of how clean the cedar will turn out.
